Thai Youngster Scores Rookie Win!

Four years after making the professional circuit, Thailand’s Suradit Yongcharoenchai (pictured) won his first major professional tournament.

The 21-year old scored a one-shot victory at the Mercuries Taiwan Masters in Taiwan.

He surged into the lead in the final round after trailing overnight leaders India’s Ajeetesh Sandhu and the Philippines’ Miguel Tabuena. The Thai’s four-day total was 10-under-par 278.
