Reed Proves He’s One Of The Best!

Remember when young Patrick Reed (pictured) when he hit the professional fairways some years ago and how he announced his arrival that he was amongst the best in the world? Well, he proved it again!

The cherubic Reed shot a round of 69-under par to win the Northern Trust and secure his first win since winning the Masters.

This win marks his victory on the first leg of the FedexCup Playoffs where he finished 16-strokes under par for the tournament, one stroke ahead of Abraham Ancer in second place.

With the win, Reed picked up 2,000 points and moved into second place in the updated FedEx Cup standings with two courses to go. World number one Brooks Koepka remains in first place after ending in a tie for 30th.
