“Rambo” Rahm Rams Home A Win!

In typical matador-style, Jon “Rambo” Rahm (pictured) brought down a challenging golf course to its knees to claim victory at the 2019 Spanish Open.

The Spanish phenom retained the title with a commanding five-shot victory over fellow Spaniard Rafa Cabrera Bello. It was an all-Spanish one-two-three with world number 1,413, Samuel Del Val taking third place.

The win was the 24-year-old’s fifth win on the European Tour and second this year after the Irish Open in July.

Rahm now leads the European Tour’s Race to Dubai leaderboard with seven events remaining, overtaking Open champion Shane Lowry.
