Oosty Wins Big At Home!

It was an emotional win on home soil but nevertheless, Louis Oosthuizen (pictured) showed his home fans that he still has the big game to win big!

The 36-year old South African blasted his way to victory with a final round score of four-under-par 68 to win the South African Open.

His total winning score was 18-under-par 266 which earned him a check for US$203,335.

Frenchman Romain Lanagasque grabbed second place after carding the day’s lowest score of 66. As the tournament is part of The Open Qualifying Series for the 148th Open at Royal Portrush, Lanagasque earned a spot at the Major tournament next year together with South African Charl Schwartzel and England’s Oliver Wilson.
