Lahiri And Kim Score For Asia!

They may have not won the WGC Bridgestone Invitational but to wind up in the top ten on the leaderboard against world class competition including Tiger Woods, is a massive achievement.

India’s Anirban Lahiri and South Korea’s Si Woo Kim (pictured together) put up stout performances to grab the 6th and 10th spot respectively at the WGC event which was won by American Justin Thomas.

Lahiri finished tied for 6th place with Rory McIlroy amongst others while Kim tied for 10th place with Jason day etc.

Thomas lifted the title with a four- shot victory. At 15 under, Thomas finished four shots ahead of runner-up Kyle Stanley (68), with Johnson and Thorbjorn Olesen (both 64) sharing third at 10 under.

Thomas’ ninth title on the US PGA Tour will bank him a cool $US1.7 million cheque and will move him up one spot on the world rankings.
